GTS Solutions CIC applies five universal principles to how it engages with its key stakeholders. These are honesty, respect, integrity, empathy and transparency. We also ensure our Partners and third party suppliers contractual obligations are aligned fully to our social aims and objectives through our ethical supply chain.

We deliver the support required to attain accredited industry qualifications and will have access to relevant training courses available within GTSkills delivering transferable skills and future proofing people to continue in the future workforce.
All of this is wrapped up in our purpose driven reinvestment which sees our generated profits being delivered back into public safety which we quantify and evidence in our SROI and measure against the UN sustainable development goals.
